Step 3: You get a written estimate. Before any work starts, you get a written price. We show you the flue, explain what’s there in plain words, and tell you honestly whether a cleaning is enough or whether anything else needs attention.
Step 4: The work gets done and guaranteed. If you approve the scope, we do the job, leave the place cleaner than we found it, and put the guarantee in writing. If a repair fails inside the guarantee period, we come back and fix it at no charge.

No. Our rates are the same during all of our open hours, including Sunday. We’re simply closed on Saturday. The written estimate you get reflects the job itself, not a premium for when we show up.
